Sending mail by regular post is becoming a thing of the past. If polled, I'm guessing most people would admit that receiving a personal hand-written letter or a greeting card remains one of life's simple pleasures. I don't know why but the expression "practice random acts of kindness" just popped into my head. I still enjoy sending the occasional personal note or card and probably because it is unexpected.
Circular cards are fun to make and send. Next time you have a CD to throw in the trash, stop yourself. With a couple of CD blank labels (and using the smaller inner circle label too), you can cover the shiny mirror finish on the one side...and decorate the other 'scenic front' of the card in any way your creative juices inspire you. I use regular First Class postage to mail this puppy. As long as the mailing address is clearly marked and the stamp firmly affixed, the post office will send it on its merry way.
